ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
These refund policy constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Vihotar Inc., (“Vihotar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Vihotar.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, web applications, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Vihotar” and/or “Sites”). You acknowledge that you have read this refund policy agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing Vihotar and availing IT Services Offerings you agree to be bound by this refund policy.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to this refund policy agreement at any time and for any reason, effective upon posting of an updated version of this agreement and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. You agree and understand that It is your responsibility to periodically review this refund policy agreement to stay informed of updates. You are subjected to, and are deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised terms of this agreement by your continued use of the Vihotar and IT Services Offerings after the date such updated version.
Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. Please also note that any service which has our work time involved can not be refunded as our time for your work can not be recovered. Any unused work hours for such services can be refunded only in the form of account credits at your account with Vihotar which you may use to purchase services on Vihotar.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
➤ Your account with Vihotar account must be in good standing.
➤ Service you ask for cancellation and refund must not be used.
➤ Service you ask for cancellation and refund is not the service with work hours.
➤ The payment account which you used for making payment to purchase, must be in good standing condition.
➤ In case of paid by card, the card you used to make payment for your purchase must be active and in good standing.
If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Furthermore, We can process refund to exactly same payment account only which you used for making payment at the time of your purchase. At any circumstances, we reserve right to not issue refund if you ask for refund at other payment account which was not used at the time of your purchase.
